The house is built of American Standards and consists of the following: 3 bedrooms with air conditioners and ceiling fans. The fan in the master bedroom is a Hunter Fan as well as the one in the living room.

All other rooms have ceiling fans with lights.

2 large bathrooms.....both have running hot water. The one in the master bedroom has a bath tub as well as a double sink. Both large, comfortable and well lit.

This house sits on the corner of 2 paved streets and has 2 private entrances one through the garage and the other on the West side of the house. House is protected by a cement wall on side and back with razor wire.The apartment protects part of the front and the rest of the front has hurricane fencing with many plants providing additional ventilation. The porch wraps around the West side and the North side of the house. which is very spacious and cool place to sit or hang your hammock for relaxation. The garden speaks for itself. In the back of the house is the servant s' quarters. Small bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with enclosed shower, laundry area with hook-ups for washer and dryer and hot water heater. Also lots of storage and shelves. House is wired for generator use that serves the whole house. Working T.V. Cable and telephone.

A beautiful lemon tree that " never quits" and a small "stairway to heaven" to a beautiful terrace! Great for quiet moments, early coffee, and evening happy hours, while you look at the beautiful blue bay, trees and mountains in the background.

There is a 1,000 gallon cistern that supplies all the water you need plus a "pila" for extra water storage in the back of the house.

THE FRONT APARTMENT OR OFFICE

Located in front of the house, it has its own private entrance, complete large spacious bedroom or office area, separate living room and dining area, which can be used as another section for office space, full complete separate kitchen, and complete separate bathroom. There is a back door that leads to the garden area and the house. All windows are sliding aluminum with iron bars. There's also a mini-split a/c unit and one ceiling fan, hook-up for cable T.V. and phone (no direct line at this time).
